Scope of Work In addition to agreeing to our Terms of Use ( https://gngf.com/terms-of-use/ ), by purchasing this product bundle, you are entering into an agreement with Get Noticed Get Found, LLC GNGF to provide the following fixed scope work: a. Website development using one of GNGF’s GO Themes for Wordpress. b. Design and branding will be based off of a Do-It-Yourself branding guide to be completed by you. c. Basic website design elements can be modified including, colors, fonts, and some images, but this is not a custom website. d. GNGF understands that designs don’t always hit the mark on the first pass, therefore the Law Firm Launch Box Website scope allows for one (1) round of design and development revisions e. If no existing website content or pages exists, the initial website will include placeholder pages for 5 pages: 1. Home Page 2. Attorney Profile Page 3. Practice Area Page 4. Frequently Asked Questions Page 5. Contact Page f. You understand and agree that you are required and responsible to create or provide all content to be used on the website. GNGF will assist in copying and pasting any existing website content up to twenty five (25) pages. g. The following initial onsite Search Engine Optimization will be completed on or before time of launch: 1. Title Tags and Meta Descriptions 2. Schema Markup 3.. Internal Linking 4. H1 / H2 hierarchy 5. Google Analytics will be setup at website launch 2. Ongoing Payment Plans: a. By purchasing this product bundle, you agree that it will include the following additional ongoing payment plan charges using the payment method you provide at purchase: 1. Purchaser will be enrolled in the Legal Marketing Academy at $497/month. 2. The fee for the first three (3) months of membership to the Legal Marketing Academy will be waived, 3. the first Legal Marketing Academy monthly payment plan payment will occur after 90 days from purchase. b. By purchasing this product bundle, you agree that the bonus offer for one (1) year of free hosting of your Launch Box website is only valid while you remain a paying member of the Legal Marketing Academy. The one (1) year of hosting offer starts from the date of purchase, not the date of the website going live. c. You agree that cancelation of your payment plan or lapse of payment to the Legal Marketing Academy, will result in termination of the one (1) year of free hosting bonus offer. d. Upon termination of the free hosting bonus offer, you will have 30 days to either transfer to the $250 per month hosting fee or move the website to your own hosting. e. Upon termination of the free hosting bonus offer, you agree that if the $250 hosting plan is not chosen your website will be removed from our hosting environment after 30 days. f. If you are still subscribed to the Legal Marketing Academy after the one (1) year of free hosting bonus offer is completed, you will be charged a hosting fee of $250 per month to the payment method on file.
